Ube Cloud Latte


  • 40 ml of very cold liquid cream or plant-based milk

  • (Optional) a pinch of vanilla

  1. Prepare the base

    • Gently heat the milk (or keep it cold for an iced version).

    • Add the Ube Laya and maple syrup.

    • Whisk or mix well until you obtain a uniform purple color.

  2. Pour into a clear glass .

  3. Prepare the mousse

    • Whip the cream (or cold plant-based milk) until you get a light foam.

    • It should be airy, not firm.

  4. Gently place the foam on the drink using a spoon.

👉 Iced option: add some ice cubes before the mousse.
