40 ml of very cold liquid cream or plant-based milk

(Optional) a pinch of vanilla

Prepare the base

Gently heat the milk (or keep it cold for an iced version).

Add the Ube Laya and maple syrup.

Whisk or mix well until you obtain a uniform purple color.

Pour into a clear glass .

Prepare the mousse

Whip the cream (or cold plant-based milk) until you get a light foam.

It should be airy, not firm.

Gently place the foam on the drink using a spoon.
đ Iced option: add some ice cubes before the mousse.
